Squib Design, Inc. was created to provide good design to everyone.

We work for small companies that think they can’t afford a graphic designer or think they don’t need one. We work for large companies that need a fresh opinion or a new look.

We experiment with design while keeping your customer’s needs in mind. We stick to our principles of legibility, simplicity, and elegance.

We don’t take shortcuts. We don’t use cookie-cutter templates. We don’t give small projects short shrift.

We balance content with presentation. We let your message speak for itself. At Squib Design, we create ideas that pop.

Benjamin Kruse

President and Art Director

Benjamin Kruse has more than a decade of experience in both print and internet design. In that time, Ben has developed designed principles that, when put into practice, almost always succeed.

Keeping true to his principles doesn’t mean his work is boring or uniform. Ben is always challenging himself – wanting his new creations to be better than his last.

Ben doesn’t do cliché – there is always a fresh way to express an idea. Ben doesn’t follow trends – he wants his work to stand up over time.

Ben can’t stop thinking about design. Talk to him over lunch, and he’ll tell you all about the typefaces on the ketchup bottle. Watch a baseball game with him, and he’ll debate the merits of the teams’ uniforms. Socially, it’s annoying. But for your company, Ben’s obsession is your reward.
